Collections Coordinator
Toronto, Ontario:

Consider a career as a Collections Coordinator! You will be responsible for managing work for the Collectors; printing, sorting and organizing service for the next day; recording disconnect and reconnect information into the billing system; closing all completed service work from the previous day; and assisting other coordinators when required. Qualifications for the position include completion of high school or equivalent hands on experience, minimum 1 year customer service experience, intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, Access and Outlook, exceptional organizational skills and time management skills, good written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Meter Readers
Ontario:
Positions: 15
In good shape? Like working outdoors? Think about a career as a Meter Reader! You will need a driver's license and a clean driving record, though you might end up walking as much as 10k a day as you visit various sites. You will be required to check that the meter is ok and the site is safe. Then you will enter meter readings into a handheld data capture device. You will be handling some people's keys and occasionally meet with customers or their pets. You will need to speak English well, while any skills in French or Spanish are a definite bonus. We will test your proficiency and, if you qualify, train you to read meters. We currently have openings for gas, water and electric meter readers in:

On Call Evening Disconnects/Reconnects

You will need a drivers license, clean driving record and reliable vehicle and will be on call from 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm. You will be required to check that the site is safe. You will be handling some people's keys and occasionally meet with customers or their pets. You will need to speak English well, while any skills in French or Spanish are a definite bonus. We will test your proficiency and, if you qualify, train you to complete disconnects/reconnects.

Pole Testers
Ontario:
Positions: 5
Consider a career in Pole Testing! You will need a drivers license, clean driving record and reliable vehicle. You will be required to follow map directions, check that the site is safe and identify multiple types of poles and fixtures. You must be able to document audit results neatly and accurately. We will test your proficiency and, if you qualify, train you to complete pole audits. We currently have openings for pole testers in:
