Olameter has established a partnership with an industry-leading document fulfillment provider to efficiently and cost-effectively manage the printing and mailing needs of our clients. We offer a full range of traditional outsourced transaction processing services, including the design, processing, printing, insertion and mail finishing of critical business correspondence. Since we service many clients, we can often obtain discounts for our clients on their choice of stationery – stock paper, envelopes, etc.
Archiving
Olameter uses advanced digital scanning equipment combined with electronic document management software to offer document imaging and management services. Olameter has the ability to scan physical documents and deliver PDF format files for online presentment to utilities and their customers.
Special Delivery
Not all notifications are mailed. Some are delivered by our field personnel directly to the home in the form of door hangers. This frequently happens in conjunction with fieldwork.
